Amara Glass Rhinestone Phone Lanyard — 65cm Crossbody Phone Chain | GrinSquid
Low stock: 10 left
For the days you don't want to carry a bag but still need your phone.
Amara is a 65cm multicoloured glass rhinestone phone lanyard, worn crossbody. Phone at your hip, both hands free — which is the whole point at a festival, a market, a theme park, or anywhere you'd rather not be holding something all day.
Amara is Igbo for grace.
How does it attach to my phone?
Three ways, all included, so it works with any phone and any case. A card slot that sits between your phone and its case, a lobster clasp for cases with a built-in ring, and a rope tie for cases without one. Clip it on when you want it, take it off when you don't — and once it's clipped, it stays clipped.

Frequently asked
Will it fit my phone?
Yes. The card slot works with any phone and case combination — it slides between the two. If your case already has a lanyard ring, use the lobster clasp instead. If it has neither, the rope tie loops through.
Can I take it off when I don't want it?
Yes. Amara clips on and off, so it goes on for the festival or the day out and comes off when you want your phone plain. What it doesn't do is come loose on its own — the lobster clasp holds firm through a day's wear rather than working itself open in a pocket.
Is 65cm long enough to wear crossbody?
Yes — 65cm sits at hip height on most adults, which is where you want a phone: reachable without lifting the chain over your head.
Are the stones glass or plastic?
Glass. Glass rhinestones refract light rather than scattering it, which is why they read as sharper than the acrylic stones used on cheaper lanyards — and why each one has to be seated in metal rather than glued.
Will it take the weight of a phone?
Yes. It holds any standard phone size comfortably, including cased phones.
What does Amara mean?
Igbo for grace. Every GrinSquid piece carries an Igbo name.
Wear it with
Amara and the Adaugo cat keyring are cut from the same multicoloured glass rhinestone, so they read as a pair — lanyard on the phone, cat on the bag. If you're buying one, the other finishes it.
