How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Simply click the tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us at exclusive@grinsquid.com or call 01904231182 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
I received the wrong item — what do I do?
We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll sort it out for you right away.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Will there be any delays?
While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at exclusive@grinsquid.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Are there any items I can't return?
The following items are non-returnable: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards.
EU customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period.
